Wilhelm noted the songs were in different keys, one upbeat and one sad.

Defendant's Use of AI Software

Earlier testimony revealed text messages from Flynn discussing the creation of these songs. Flynn mentioned using software called ElevenLabs to add an AI voiceover to his piano compositions. He indicated he could select an AI voice to "sing it better" than he could.

The playing of the AI songs in court reportedly caused an unusual atmosphere, with observers struggling to maintain composure during the serious proceedings. The judge adjourned the court shortly after the songs concluded.
