Technical Implementation

Visual theming operates at two levels: container and layout styling, which involves CSS around the chat iframe, and SDK frame options, which configure iframe behavior and branding elements. Since the chat renders within an iframe, direct styling of internal elements is not possible. Instead, developers style the wrapping container and use SDK options to remove conflicting default branding.
