Upon entering a home address, Hint builds a property profile using public data like property records, weather, and soil information. Users can upload additional documents, including inspection reports and mortgage documents. This integrated data provides insights into potential issues like foundation risks, lawn drainage, and impacts of climate on insurance rates or energy usage.
