Meta collaborates with Blackpink's Lisa for new smart glasses designs

Meta has announced a new collaboration for its smart glasses line with Blackpink rapper Lisa. This partnership introduces two distinct styles: the Meta Adventurer Lisa Edition, which features a semi-translucent Moonlit Sky frame and Blush lenses, and the new Meta Capri Lisa Edition, characterized by a darker, cat-eye frame with grey lenses.

Custom Features and Pricing

Both 'Meta Glasses by Lisa' models include custom elements such as a star on the temple tips, a custom charging case with a star design, and case charms shaped like Lisa's pets. These special edition models retain the existing Meta AI, audio, and camera features, and support prescription lenses. They are priced starting at $399.

Expanded Offerings and Affordability

In addition to the Lisa collaboration, Meta is updating its Meta Glasses by Kylie Jenner line with a new Ivory version of its Starfire frames. The company also introduced a more affordable version of the Meta Adventurer frame in black, priced at $249, which is $50 less than the standard starting price. A new Nova design, similar to Ray-Ban's Headliner style, is also available for non-special edition options.

International Availability

Meta is expanding the market reach of its Meta Glasses. The smart glasses are now available in Singapore, South Korea, Mexico, and the United Arab Emirates. Brazil is also slated to receive the product in the near future.
