OnTrac has stated it is not aware of any fraud or publication of stolen information resulting from this incident.

In response to the security incident, OnTrac engaged a third-party specialist to assess the scope of the breach and took steps to re-secure the data. The company is offering affected customers 12 months of free credit monitoring and identity protection services through CyberScout, with a 90-day enrollment deadline. Customers are also advised to review credit reports and consider fraud alerts or credit freezes.
