Sentelabs.ai has launched Open Executive, an artificial intelligence system that simulates a company's executive team. This system is presented as a senior advisor equipped with Harvard MBA-level knowledge, customizable for specific business needs.

Specialized AI Agents

Open Executive integrates eight distinct AI agents, each specializing in a different executive function. These include roles such as Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief HR/People Officer, General Counsel, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Product Officer, and Board Communications Director. Each agent handles specific areas like competitive analysis, financial modeling, hiring, legal compliance, process design, marketing strategy, product roadmap, and investor relations.

System Functionality and Architecture

The system provides responses from a single, consistent executive voice, with its internal agent architecture remaining hidden from the user. Beyond answering questions, Open Executive features episodic memory to recall past decisions and initiatives across sessions. A built-in scheduler proactively identifies and surfaces follow-ups and time-sensitive actions.

The knowledge base for each specialist agent includes built-in MBA-level data stored in ChromaDB and company-specific documents uploaded by the user. This retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) context is injected during user interactions. Key decisions and advice are extracted into SQLite after each response, forming the basis of the system's memory for future sessions.
