Soundcore Releases Nebula X1S Projector with 6,000 Lumens Brightness

Increased Brightness for Daytime Use

Soundcore has launched the Nebula X1S projector, which significantly increases brightness compared to its predecessor, the Nebula X1. The X1S features a four-lamp engine that delivers 6,000 lumens, an increase from the X1's 3,500 lumens. This higher brightness level is designed to make the projector usable in daylight conditions, offering more flexibility for viewing sports or other content without needing a dark room.

Core Features and Display Capabilities

The Nebula X1S maintains core features from the X1, including 4K UHD resolution and Dolby Vision video support, capable of projecting onto a 300-inch screen. It includes a 14-element glass array for image quality and offers an optical zoom to project a 200-inch screen from 13 to 22 feet away. The projector also features an f/2-4.5 6-blade iris, providing a 56,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio.

Connectivity and Audio Options

The X1S comes with built-in Google TV and includes two HDMI inputs, one of which supports eARC. While the projector lacks Dolby Atmos audio, Soundcore offers bundles that include two satellite speakers, boosting total audio output to 150 watts. The device also incorporates a liquid cooling system, resulting in a quiet 26-decibel noise profile during operation.

Pricing and Availability

The Nebula X1S is available for purchase at $3,299. Bundles are also offered, including a version with two satellite speakers for $3,999, and another with speakers and a 100-inch screen for $4,167. Soundcore is providing promotional discounts on these bundles until September 20, reducing prices to $2,499, $2,799, and $2,899 respectively.
