Amazon Luna is set to release a new game, "Batman: Caped Crusader - Chronicles," on July 31. This game is a tie-in with the second season of the animated series "Batman: Caped Crusader" on Prime Video, which also premieres on the same date. The game focuses on Batman's detective skills rather than combat.

Gameplay and Voice Acting

"Batman: Caped Crusader - Chronicles" is a co-op adventure where up to four players can engage in minigames to solve mysteries in Gotham City. Players will decode evidence, chase leads, and confront villains across 11 episodes. Voice actors from the animated series, including Matthew Needham as the Joker, Hamish Linklater as Batman, and Michelle C. Bonilla as Detective Montoya, reprise their roles in the game.

Luna Integration and Accessibility

The game's launch coincides with Amazon's integration of Luna game streaming into the Prime Video app on Fire TV devices in the UK and US. This allows users to transition directly from watching the animated series to playing the game without switching applications. Luna is available for free to Prime subscribers and can be accessed on select LG and Samsung TVs, or via a web browser, in addition to Fire TV devices. Smartphones can be used as controllers.
